Golf.
We are within half a mile of Sherdons golf course and range, this is a nine
holer if the wife or partner will let you get away to play, there are
several golf clubs fairly close by. Tewkesbury Park, Puckrup Hall also
Cleeve Hill.

Walking/Rambling.
There are plenty of walks in the area and also in Tewkesbury, river walks
along the Avon, in the summer boat trips can be taken to the pub at Twynning
on the riverside and have lunch and a nice cool beer, it’s possible to carry
on a little further or come back into Tewkesbury either by foot or on the
boat.

Tewkesbury Abbey.
Of course you must visit the Abbey, it is the second largest parish church
in England, and was occupied in the middle of the 7th centuary by a monk
called Theoc, want to know more then you will have to come and visit us.

Cheltenham horse racing.
Now onto horse racing in particular the Gold Cup, we are about four miles
from the race track we are nicely situated if you want to get away from all
the excitement after a good day at the race track you can come home put your
feet up, study form have a good nights sleep, hearty breakfast and return
for another exciting day.

The Battle of the Roses.
In July watch the re-enactment of the famous battle of Tewkesbury at the
Medieval Fayre.

Prescott Hill climb.
The Bugatti Owners Club hold several events each year for the car and
vintage car enthusiasts.

Gloucester
The rejuvenated docks and industrial wharfs and warehouses converted into
museums, bars, shops and restaurants.
The Cathedral with its magnificent stained glass windows and other
historical monuments.
